CANCELLATION POLICY

WE KINDLY REQUEST A 24 HOUR NOTICE TO MAKE ANY CHANGES TO EXISTING APPOINTMENTS.  APPOINTMENTS CANCELLED OR RESCHEDULED LESS THAN 24 HOURS BEFORE SERVICE WILL INCur A CHARGE OF $25 PER service BOOKED .  THIS IS NOT DESIGNED TO BE INSENSITIVE , HOWEVER LAST MINUTE CANCELLATIONS ARE WASTED TIME FOR THE SERVICE PROVIDER AND CLIENTS THAT ARE ON WAITLISTS THAT  COULD HAVE TAKEN AN EARLIER SPOT GIVEN SUFFICIENT NOTICE. 

WE ASK THAT YOU PLEASE BE PATIENT IF YOU NEED TO RESCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT, AS AVAILABILITY MAY BE VERY LIMITED. WE ALWAYS DO OUR ABSOLUTE BEST TO ACCOMODATE THE DESIRES OF A CLIENT THAT NEEDS TO MOVE AN APPOINTMENT, UNFORTUNATELY IT IS NOT ALWAYS POSSIBLE TO GET BACK ON THE SCHEDULE IN THE REQUESTED TIMEFRAME DUE TO OTHER EXISTING APPOINTMENTS. NO SHOW POLICY

WE HAVE A FIRM NO SHOW POLICY OF 50% CHARGE OF MISSED APPOINTMENT IN ORDER TO RESCHEDULE. 
MORE THAN ONE NO SHOW APPOINTMENT WILL RESULT IN NOT BEING ACCEPTED AS A CLIENT OF THE LEMON LAB ANY FURTHER.

LATE POLICY

WE UNDERSTAND THAT SOMETIMES RUNNING LATE IS UNAVOIDABLE. WE ASK THAT IF YOU FIND YOURSELF RUNNING 15 MINUTES LATE OR MORE, PLEASE BE PREPARED TO RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT SO WE CAN REMAIN ONTIME FOR OUR ADDITIONAL GUESTS. THANK YOU FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING!

REDO POLICY

IF FOR SOME REASON YOU ARE UNHAPPY WITH YOUR HAIR SERVICE, CLIENTS THAT REACH OUT WITHIN SEVEN DAYS OF SERVICE ARE ELIGIBLE FOR REDO EVALUATION. THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO SERVICES THAT HAVE BEEN EXPLAINED TO REQUIRE MULTIPLE SESSIONS TO ACHIEVE OR IF A CLIENT CHANGES THEIR MIND AFTER RECEIVING A SERVICE THAT WAS AGREED UPON. ANY ISSUES OUTSIDE THE SEVEN DAY PERIOD WILL BE ADDRESSED AT THE NEXT SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT. RESULTS MAY VARY FOR A MULTITUDE OF REASONS, AND NO PICTURE OR GOAL IS GUARANTEED.  WITH THAT BEING SAID, IT IS ALWAYS OUR GOAL TO GIVE YOU THE HAIR OF YOUR DREAMS (WHEN REALISTIC) AND WE WILL WORK HARD TO GIVE SUGGESTIONS AND SOLVE ANY ISSUES SHOULD THEY ARISE.
